Education of future leaders will be incomplete without an exposure to the working of an organisation. Training and placement activities are a team task managed by the students. However, recognising the importance attached to placement committee to provide overall supervision and direction for final as well as winter/summer placements of the students. The committee has been created for providing an opportunity to the post graduating batch to enter the real life world of management through the final placement programme, while the first year students get familiarised with industry through summer training programme. the activities of the cell mainly cover summer training programme and final placement of the students. The best thing about BCM is that each student gets a corporate culture within which they have to work in future. As a result, when they are finally placed in the industry they feel at home because of their experience during the entire period of MBA course curriculum.
Guest Lectures and industrial visits are integral part of MBA curriculum as it gives the students a chance to interact with industry dignitaries. Our curricula and pedagogy aim at bridging the gap between typical industry and requirements of the corporate world by way of conducting guest lectures and industrial visits.
